My combined consultancy and coaching approach is designed to develop winning strategies and equip leaders with the skills to execute them effectively. It is a crucial combination for success in today's dynamic lifesciences landscape.

I'm passionate about developing and supporting exceptional leaders in the life sciences, coaching on an individual, team or wider organisational level.

My 25+ years of experience spans start-ups, scale-ups, and large corporates in biotech, pharma, and medical devices, including prominent organisations like Abcam and Baxter Healthcare. I've experienced the full product lifecycle and business growth cycle first-hand, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities you face.

I left the corporate world having worked with 8 of the top 10 pharmas in the industry, in order to support smaller organisations experiencing growth.

My background blends scientific rigour with practical business acumen. With degrees in Biochemistry and Pharmacology and a PhD in Neuroscience, I bring a data-driven approach to my work. As a qualified NLP Coaching Practitioner and a Women's Health Impact Network Ambassador, I'm committed to fostering positive change and empowering individuals and teams.

I have deep expertise in navigating the complexities of healthcare regulations, helping numerous companies successfully launch medical products globally and achieve sustainable growth.

I regularly share my knowledge and experience by teaching and mentoring at Cambridge University Judge Business School and in speaking engagements.
